Welcome to Shehjar Multispeciality Hospital. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments

Online booking requests a slot with the selected doctor; in exceptional clinical circumstances (e.g. emergencies) we may reschedule and will inform you by phone/WhatsApp. Tokens are issued at the OPD counter — please arrive 15 minutes early with any past reports.

2. Payments

Where online payment is enabled, fees are collected through Razorpay in INR. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification. If you choose "pay at hospital", the fee is payable at the OPD counter before consultation.

3. Medical disclaimer

Website content (including blog articles) is general health information, not medical advice, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. For any medical concern, consult a doctor. In an emergency, call 01932 222235 or come directly to the Emergency Department.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no false bookings, no attempts to disrupt services, no scraping of doctor or patient content. We may block misuse and cancel bookings made fraudulently.

5. WhatsApp bot

Our automated assistant provides facility information and books appointments. It is not staffed by a clinician; choose "talk to a staff member" for human help. Standard message rates from your operator may apply.

6. Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from site use. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Anantnag / Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have exclusive jurisdiction.
